RQM Worflow : Is it possible to go back to a previous state?
Hello, some tests cases status has been changed by error (from draft to in progress). In the workflow it is not possible to go back to Draft status, even for users with admin rights. Is there a way to do that? Any idea? Thanks |

Hi. You could obviously either change the workflow, or you could update the item via CSV upload in the IBM client directly. In that case you can update with a status not in line with the configured workflow. Regards Franca Comments

Hello, sorry, but I have tried to export the concerned test cases in a csv file but it seems not really clear what to do next. Could you explain? Furthermore,I don't know how to import it again. Have you a procedure to give to me? Best regards |
