How to restrict permission to Approve a Test Case?

Currently, everyone has permission to Approve or Reject a Test Case. I want to restrict this permission. How can I do this? I have checked the permissions but there is no option to remove this permission. Someone please help. Thanks.

What version of RQM are you using? I checked in RQM4.0.3 and I can restrict the approve or reject a test case from
QM project admin page > permission > select the role(for example test team member) and go to [save testcase] > [trigger a workflow action] and select [Approve and Reject] and set the restriction there.

Thanks for your response Don.

I am using RQM Version 3.0.1.2 and I am not seeing above option.

The appearance of permission in 3.0.1.2 is different from v4.0.3. I don't have v3.0.1.x to verify but if you check through v3012's permission tree and did not find trigger a workflow action's Approve/reject items. perhaps they are added in the later version.
