Validated by links are not visible in the personal stream created in GC context

In a GC project, we have the below hierarchy

GC - Main Development Stream
    RM_Project1_StreamA (RM)
    QM_Project1_StreamA (QM)
    GC - Sub Development Stream
        RM_Project2_Stream1 (RM)
        RM_Project1_StreamB (RM)
        QM_Project1_StreamB (QM)

When a personal stream is created from GC - Main Development Stream, we are unable to see the Validate By links created in RM_Project1_StreamB
However, when the same is created from GC - Sub Development Stream, we are able to see the links.

Why is this behavior ?

This behavior is expected.
The user has to create a personal stream at GC - Sub Development Stream development to view the related QM links because the links between RM artifacts in RM_Project1_StreamB (RM) and QM artifacts in QM_Project1_StreamB (QM) are created in GC - Sub Development Stream.
