As far as I am aware, that is not supported.

@Ralph Schoon Thanks for quick help. Is it possible to automate the set predefined view to plan through Java API?

The packages for the agile planning are com.ibm.team.apt*. It is not in the JavaDoc, hence it is not supported. It is no longer in the Eclipse client. For me the answer is no.

You can still find com.ibm.team.apt packages in the client and server SDK. I have no experience with it.
