Installing help files on distributed system

 I have previously install the Help files on a standalone server, following the instructions loacted here:


We have now progressed to a distributed system, using IHS.  Where all do the Help Files need to be copied to and have the service running?  All server except the IHS server, or do the help files need to be on the IHS server too?
