Copy the requirements from one stream to another stream changing their id

 If you create a New stream from the Master stream, the same artifact ID will be reflected in the newly created Stream as well. The Changes made in the newly created stream will be reflected in the Master stream as well. You cannot maintain seperate artifact ID'S when the stream is created from the Master stream. It is not possible is RDNG.

If you are insistent on  maintaining separate artifacts with different IDs, there are tons of options available: ReqIF Export/Import, CSV Export/Import, Copy/Paste between components (or within the same component).
