I installed the evaluated version of RQM and can't startup the RQM (even though Tomcat is running). Here is the jazz.log,

The following is important in your log file:

15:44:27,005 WARN com.ibm.rqm.appscan - The TCP/IP connection to the host has failed. java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

This indicates that you cannot connect to the Jazz Server.

Make sure you are not running through a firewall (or there is a rule in your firewall to allow access to the server), that your URI is correct to access the server (https://servername:9443/jazz). Also, in firefox, sometimes you need to make a browser exception to allow access to the server.
