SVN to RTC Migration - The tags(SVN) are not getting migrated into baseline(RTC) from the dump file

We have installed Tortoise SVN  V 1.9.7 and created new repository, added files and folder as dummy data. Performed different SCM operations in SVN also created tags and branches, after having multiple revisions created in SVN, created a dump file . Imported the dump file in RTC (V 6.0.5) . Post import change sets are created for the revisions in SVN. But tags are not migrated as baseline in RTC. While configuration of import from SVN into Jazz we have selected for the option Create baselines for branches and tag points. How do we get the tags as baselines in RTC. 

Could you please let us know a way to get the tags history in RTC.
