why the Test Case Execution Records name/summary is changing every time it  is executed/runned?

that is correct for the normal case, but here is on unique tester team is doing:
1. they have test case execution record in view.
2. right click on the test case execution record and select run.
3. fail and/or pass/fail, the user click on show result.
4. that where the name is changed every they run the test (concatenate name of the test case name and other stuff).
it did not behave like version version 5.0.2. it is very weird but users are saying that on version 5.0.2 they did not this kind behavior.

Is the Test Case Execution Record changing or are you creating a new Test Case Execution Record each time you hit the "Run" button?


When you click the "Run" button on a Test Case, it should ask you if you want to use an existing TCER or create a new one. If you create a new one, it will change the name (though, shouldn't affect the summary).

I'm not sure this is an answer, just trying to get more information.
