Custom process-templates and Express-C

If I have created customised process-templates (including custom workflows) on a Standard Edition RTC setup, can I share these process templates with someone else who is using the Express-C Edition?

He isn't able to do his own customisation, but will he be able to import my customisations?

Report back on this - I deployed the customised process template to the Express-C repository from a Standard Edition client and that worked fine.
