Process Template management and categories

Hi,

On my project area, i have created my own categories for Test Plan and Test Case objects.

I would to know:

1/ Is it possible to make the selection of value mandatory? In fact actually select value of categorie is not mandatory and tester can let value to unassigned. I want that tester must be mandatory to select one value.

2/ I want share these categories on many project area. I can see in jazz admin -> Process Template management page that it is possible to export/import process template.
But on this page i can see only default RQM template.
It is possible to create process template from project area?

I have tried to export Quality Manager Default Process and look in specification.txt delivered in exported zip file.
I have see have <categories> section on this file.
Can i modify directly this file?
Have some documentation on that? I have searched on web and all forum but nothing is notified on process template.
