I am DGN user beginner.
I am looking for tutorial that explained how to create my own widgets. I would like to extend the DNG native functionalities on data, attributes, permission ( automatic filtering, automatic value assignment for an attribute based on values taken by others attributes, conditional Relationship between attributes,..) 

  1 development platform required: languages, patterns of widgets, debug Tools
  2 example helping development, 
  3 how to host the widget to deploy in DGN?
  4  do widgets libraries exist ?
