After upgrading to CLM v6.0.6, sepcific users cannot access all data in Cognos

Good Day,

We recently upgraded to CLM v6.0.6. Since the upgrade none of our cogns reports are working and it seems as though the data loaded in the DW is different depending on what user is logged in. I thought it may be due to team member access or project access control however, I am a member of a specific project that I cannot see. I have confirmed that all the data is in the datawarehouse.

I also noticed that there is table the specifies what project areas specific users can see but only a few users are loaded in the required areas.


What could be the cause of this?

Hi Michael,

You can test build some JRS reports against data warehouse to verify if this is data in DW issue, or the Cognos/Rational Insight report related issue.
Strongly recommend to open a support ticket with IBM to look into this.
