Dashboard using Jazz Reporting Services is to be displayed for the number of test cases on a monthly basis in a cumulative way. Is it feasible or not?

In Rational Quality Manager, I want to breakdown Test Plan in the Test Cases and show how many test cases are present in the Test Plan on a monthly basis. The graph is to be displayed in a cumulative way. I'm using Jazz Reporting Services in Rational Quality Manager for the same. Kindly let me know whether it is feasible or not.
