In OSLC 2.0 query, dcterms:subject filter in where condition is not working after RTC 6.0.6 iFix003 + TFR 85265 release

I am trying fetch all the work item which is tagged with "export" and status should not be "closed" by OSLC. I feel filter for tag is not working and giving me all the work item from the particular project Area in RTC after 6.0.6 iFix003 + TFR 85265.

Below are two queries which is give all the work item.
