Eclipse Client: Workitems Section not visible

Hello Team,

Today for one of user, we have noticed that "Workitems" section under Project Area in Team Artifacts.

what we see is only Sourcecontrol and Reports.

Could you please help what is problem here?

I would suggest to check license and role of this user has got in the repository/project area first if other users have no problem only one specific user has the issue.
