How to get rank or Order of workitems

Is it possible to get the view information or RANK information of the EWM plan in OSLC or ReportableAPI?

With normal acquisition, there are no tags and no acquisition, is there any method to acquire them?

As far as I am aware, the rank is information maintained in the plan and not in the work item. There is no work item attribute that you can access. There used to be an old rank information in the work items, but that information did also not allow to understand the work items position in a plan.

There is no public API I am aware of for plans.
