Is it possible to embed RTC defect screenshots as images within an RPE report? I am trying to find a way to share screenshots attached to defects with people outside of the tool, short of downloading them one-by-one.

No. Since we cannot get that via the REST API.

Ok. Is there any way to provide a download-only link to attachments, that does not require log in credentials to download the attachment?
