 The user is trying to upload a attachment which is having the file size 4.22 mb. After completion of percentage it shown error in attachment CRJAZ1036E the following attachment could not be saved. can anyone pls tell how to resolve this issue

Take a look at your ccm.log file to see if it sees any particular issues. Try uploading an attachment yourself to rule out the server. Is the user a remote worker? Are there any firewalls or anti-virus tools in use?

In CCM log the error says

 com.ibm.team.repository.common.ContentStorageException: ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment CCM_DB_USER.SYS_LOB0000020060C00014$$ by 8192 in tablespace CCM. 

So exactly Wat is it means?How to resolve this issue?
