Hi , I'm renaming a server and I got this error:

CRJZS0342E You cannot rename the server from https://serverB/ccm to https://serverC/ccm because a previous mapping action renamed a server from https://serverA/ccm to https://serverC/ccm
*** MAPPINGS IMPORT COMMAND FAILED ***

Can I do more than one rename?
Is there any limitation?
My server is V5.0.2 , AIX , WAS and DB2

Thanks!

Hi Joao,

yes you can if are in complain with supported scenarios. The problem here seems to be that target name is the same in both scenarios.

Please review this document for all details related with server rename:

answer my own question: this was caused by wrong permissions on the ccm teamserver.properties file. The user that runs websphere application server needs write and read access to that file during the rename process
