can we have Test Phase value set to UAT only when certain users create defects

0	Rao Shines (159●4●49●60) \| asked Oct 22 '18, 4:40 a.m. Is there a way to customize Test Phase field value set to "UAT" in RTC defect templte only when certain users create defects, example the business team. What are the ways to achieve this? RTC version used is 6.0.2 Thanks in advance
