The My Work view contains large areas of white space, how can I make this Dark when using the Dark theme?

Using RTC 6.0.6, the My Work view contains large areas of white space when using the Dark Theme in Eclipse. How can I permanently change it to be dark background so that it blends in with the rest of the workbench? Dark theme is becoming increasingly popular, especially in Eclipse 4.8.
