Make Root Cause attributes mandatory when the ticket is a sev1
Hello,
Could please somebody provide a script sample with how can I make one field (or more) mandatory in Root Cause tab only when the defect is a sev1 issue?
Example:
At root cause tab I have different attributes (root cause category / root cause detail), and I would like to make these fields mandatory only when defect is set as sev1 (severity attribute at overview tab).
