Accepting changes to workspace doesn't work for linux sandbox

I have encountered issue during accepting changes from stream to workspace. Only happens on Linux (CentOS 7.4). Same workflow works at Windows 7 / 10

Error:
Problem running 'accept':
CRJAZ0215E The following record was not found in the database: com.ibm.team.scm.common.internal.impl.WorkspaceHandleImpl@5e82935d (stateId: null, itemId: [UUID _1PvUcFc_EeiYn8tQX8nE-w], origin: com.ibm.team.repository.client.internal.TeamRepository@9b10682f, immutable: <unset>)

Used command:
/opt/IBM/TeamConcert/scmtools/eclipse/scm accept -r https://myrepo.mydomain.com:443/ccm

Workspace is loaded OK but accept fails

What do you suggest? What this UUID _1PvUcFc_EeiYn8tQX8nE-w is pointing to - stream, workspace, WI ... ? Any

Looks like you are accepting into a sandbox but the workspace that was loaded in the sandbox does not exist anymore.

It might be also data corruption. Can you check on ccm.log file on your server machine?
