Migration RQM1.0 to RQM2.0?

Now my team build RQM1.0 on windows XP platform, the RQM server does not depends on any RM database like DB2. We find RQM2.0 more useful, so how can I migrate RQM1.0 to RQM2.0 with all our DB data persist and can also work on the higher version? Thanks.
