Query failing on Custom Attributes

I am using RTC 1.0.1.1 installed on Windows Server 2003 machine.
I've created have a custom work item type. A query is created with AND condition on two or more Custom Attributes. When the query is run it doesn't return any results though there are several records that satisfy the condition. When a query uses just one Custom Attribute it returns results. This behaviour is seen both in RTC Web and in Eclipse client.
Is this a known issue ? If it is please let me know if it is fixed in RTC 2.0 version ?

It was a known issue in 1.0.x: It was not possible to AND two custom
attributes.
This restriction has been lifted in 2.0.
