Assign on Start working option in Implied Attribute Precondition working

Hello Team,

- We have activated this for Story - set Owned by and Planned for attributes for "Start working"

Questions?
- If Owned by is set before Start working action and with this action this will override Owned by to Current user.
   is this desired behaviour, Can we restrict this like only change the owned by if it is Unassigned?
- i see Planned For doesnt set to Current Iteration if there is iteration already set. What is reason behind?
then Owned by overriding behaviour should also be like this , meaning if there is owner set dont change else set to Current user.
