User has left the company.  His repository workspace is conflicting with the stream name and causing issues with automation.  Is it possible to delete or rename his workspace ?

A user with a "JazzAdmins" repository permission can do this (rename/delete other users repository workspaces)

I have JazzAdmins authority.  When I go to Source Control / Repository Workspace and then select the user and list his repositories, I don't seen an option where I can make changes to the repository name.

You have to open the repository workspace in an editor in the RTC Eclipse or Visual Studio client to rename it. (Use the 'Open' context menu action on the repository workspace)
