Avoid creation of RTC work items when new members are added

 Hello SME's,

When I create new users in RTC users get successfully created, however new RTC #'s get generated with Summary " Joining a team Create Repository Workspace, Joining a team Find your work items" etc...Can this be avoided in anyway? please advise, thanks in advance.

yes. In the web client click on the cogwheel upper left and choose "Manage this project area". Navigate to preconditions and follow up actions, delete the follow up action "Create invitation work items" for Team invitations.

If you cannot, you probably do not have permissions to modify project area. Which version of RTC are you using?
