Can email messages be sent in HTML format by default in RTC?

 I would like to know if it is possible to set the default format for sending email messages in html ? Currently RTC settings are set to send email messages in plain text format and we have a user requirement to set this to html ( that way each user/admin doesn't have to explicitly change the format to html under mail configuration in user profile ). We are on CLM 6.0.2 with ifix015. Kindly suggest.
