Authentication issue

Hi has some one come across a strange logging in issue on RTC JAZZ 6.0.3.

I have one user out of thousands who can login through the websphere authentication (using ldap), tested via snoop but can't get through the jazz login page they are in the jazz user group. They still have access via the eclipse client.
