Can't delete predefined work item queries

Hi,

I tried to delete and remove predefined work item queries, but I couldn't do that. I remove them from Project Configuration Data in Section Predefined Queries, but they still exist in Predefined queries.
When I try to delete them through eclipse, or web ui, I got following message:

Your account does not belong to the groups that are authorized to access the Web UI: Please contact your server administrator.

Well, why this is happening when I am administrator?

Any help?

Also, when I add some predefined queries from other project areas, why I can't delete them any more?
