Burndown chart is not displaying in RTC.

I am using RTC 6.0.5, the burndown chart is not displaying even the default graph as well as after creating a query.
When I searched about this on jazz, I found like , for the burndown graph to display the start and end date of current sprint should be valid, I checked the dates of current sprint and end date of the sprint was already due. I extended the end date to make the current sprint duration valid.But still facing the issue. Please anyone help me to solve this issue.
