 I have reinstalled Rhapsody several times, choosing a variety of different features and plug-in options but in the end, under Rhapsody v8.3, there is no import or export feature available for the supported version of Eclipse v4.6.1.

Keith , are you trying to install the RMM plugin into eclipse? I don't understand what you're trying to import/export.
