Procedure to add math equation editor in DNG

It's generally frowned upon to add a note to a question that's over 7 years old, especially an answer to the question that isn't one. Always create a new question yourself.
There is no explicit equation support built into the tool but you have several options:
- create the equation in Word or some other tool and paste as an image
- create the equation as Rich Text or HTML and paste into the Primary Text

There is no in-built option to add mathematical equations in DOORS Next. You can create the equation in Microsoft Word or use https://latexeditor.lagrida.com to create/edit equation and save it as image and then insert that image into DOORS Next.
There are also third-party widgets/add-ons available. For example https://softacus.com/extensions/math-function-generator
