RPE Studio consumes a license as long as it is open and a template is being edited.

What is the license consumption for RPE launcher?

It used to be the case back in early versions that Launcher consumed a license while it was executing an export but I seem to remember that being changed  a few years ago so that no license is consumed for export.

Is that correct or is a license consumed when a user opens a DSX in Launcher and runs an export?

Hi Sean,

Even Launcher consumes a license when the Launcher UI is open. However, local document generation from Launcher won't consume any additional license.
