CRJAZ1938E : Error when registering RSADM

Hello,

I am in the process of installing RSADM 6.0.2 using WAS. I created WAS Profile and deployed .war files. The actual problem is, in the Application setup page I am not able to register the dm application and I am getting this error "Error 500: CRJAZ1938E The consumer key and secret could not be validated for the following Jazz Team Server: https://clmtest.deep.dom:9443/jts Caused by: Bad Request com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException".

Any Solution...
