RQM 2.0 iFix 1 version not showing in RQM

Anders Malmberg (1121214) | asked Oct 07 '09, 10:08 a.m.
Hi.
I just updated RQM v2.0 with iFix 1. After updating when selecting "about Rational Quality Manager" it still shows "Rational Quality Manager 2.0 I20090713_1659" which is the same values as before updating. When looking in Installation Manager and view installed packages it reports "V 2.0.0 iFix001 Standard Edition (2.0.0.20091001_1819)"
Is there a way to confirm that the iFix 1 is installed into RQM?

Regards

Anders,
It sounds like you need to reset the server in order to refresh the plug-in cache.
1) With the server running, go to this URL (edit host / port):
https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin/cmd/requestReset
2) Restart the server.

You are verifying the runtime version in the correct place. The build id in RQM should start with 2.0.0.200910

Hope that helps.

John

I'm sorry,

What does this do? Does this reset the server without using the Start Menu from your server?
