RTC-Gerrit/Git Integration - ENOTFOUND error when trying to push
trying to integrate RTC with Gerrrit using ref-update (renamed in Gerrit to commit-received) and ref-updated hooks. I have this working in our QA environment but it fails in out PROD environment. Both server running Ubuntu and should be the same. However, there is an obvious difference. When I try to push, it fails with the following error:
ValidatePush VERBOSE doValidateWithRTC(): encoded data = 'gitUser=Dudley.Thomas%40ext.us.panasonic.com&repositoryKey=9a5d8592981244568a90f14328ea636c&remoteRef=refs%2Fheads%2Fmaster&opHint=commit_add&oldSha1=cea731f6db35209c05cc27a05baf9b5156ea68a9&newSha1=6121c2ddd33f73f2c497ab6d62df2695c41c7f2d&commitSha1=6121c2ddd33f73f2c497ab6d62df2695c41c7f2d&commitComment=Task%2043176%0A%0AChange-Id%3A%20Ifd0f1d950da81851ca3b49ab790197f93e993fca%0A&committerName=Dudley%20Thomas&committerEmail=Dudley.Thomas%40ext.panasonicautomotive.com&refNameIx=0'
RTC ERROR invokeRTCService(): Error while executing request { [Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND] code: 'ENOTFOUND', errno: 'ENOTFOUND', syscall: 'getaddrinfo' }
Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND
It appears that it cannot resolve a hostname. Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind. Solved it. Turned out to be a special char in a config file. |
