Generated a plugin from web server it only creates plugin-cfg.xml but not plugin-key.kdb and plugin-key.sth

Hi All,


I am setting up a Proxy server, version of IHS is 9.0.0.7 and Server version is 9.0.0.7. The problem what I am facing is, When generated a plugin from web server it only creates plugin-cfg.xml but not plugin-key.kdb and plugin-key.sth

Any Solution...

Thanks for the reply. The issue is solved.

It was because of server OS problem and we were running on Windows server 2008 and it was not supporting. Then we installed it on Windows Server 2016 and it was running successfully.
