Work Item Query Conditions - RTC vs. Web UI differences

Hi,

During the work with work items, I noticed that when I work through Web UI, in Work Item Query conditions, I can see next conditions: Parent and Children, but when working through Eclipse RTC, I can't see mentioned conditions!
Why that is happening?

in eclipse, there is a checkbox at the bottom of the dialog to show links -- enable that and parents and children will show up as available
