How to create a report to show the number of days of work item in specific state.

Hi,


I am using RTC 6.0.2
I want to create a report on how long work item takes time to accept state and complete state.
I have created a simple report to show all Task work item is in New state by using work item state history and added attribute Days in State column in th report but it shows the 0 count for all the Task work item.

Is it possible to create a report for the above mentioned requirement.
Please suggest.

What type of report is it? BIRT?

Have you looked at JRS - I remember seeing some examples about  JRS reporting this.
