 As per the customer requirement we are in a process to implement Webseal as the reverse proxy server instead of IHS. But however, when we searched, we couldnt find any download link for the same. Please help us

I can only fine https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/WebSealandCLM as a reference ant that mentions it is part of Tivoli. If it is not freely available you will likely need to have valid Tivoli licenses to obtain it.

Note that whatever Webseal is, it is likely not on the list of supported products.
