test script steps linked to JIRA defect are not loaded to the data warehouse, only RTC defects

Hi,

I know that only RTC defects or DNG/DOORS requirements linked to test script steps are loaded to the data warehouse by design. Step results linked to JIRA defects are not loaded to the data warehouse. Is this considered working as designed or a defect?

The data warehouse uses specific means to pull data out of the applications into the data warehouse. I am not sure, but I assume Jira does not have the required interface, so that data will not be available for reporting.

There is much more to an integration than just creating a link and this is a case where this shows.
