clmhelp unable to use local content as can't access Remote Help Configuration page

Hi there,
On my WAS / CLM host I started a local browser and pointed it as https://localhost:9444/clmhelp/updater/admin.jsp and got the Help Administration page. When I try and use the Remote Help Configuration section I cannot access this section - only a blank page is displayed.

I was trying to access this page as part of the steps to move the clmhelp application to use local content.

Anyone have any ideas how I can get access to the Remote Help Configuration section to disable the remote connection?
