The official installer for RTC is IBM Installation Manager. I don't really see a reason for support another installer. If you have to use another installer to do automation or other stuff, you have to ask the Support of that particular installer.

Installer Build is software for Building and Packaging , this is not Similar of Installation manager.

Actually RTC only Provide Build and compile the code but dont packaging , I also want to do packaging of my code to Deploy in another System for Testing so i want to Integrate Install Builder With RTC
