How to create TCER i.e Test Case Execution Record in RQM using OSLC api?

 Hi all, 


I am new to OSLC api and need to create TCER in RQM through OSLC code. Please help me to create TCER. Please do not suggest to refer REST API because I already read it but did not help me much.

What help you are looking for? What error are you getting in your code? You need to start with OSLC specification, workshop help (QM is not included), Jazz.net wiki or other available help on web.
