Rational DOORS Web Access Login Issue

Hi,
I am facing login issue after establishing the connection between DOORS Client and Web Access. Is it the issue in modifying the festival.xml file? I have used the credential for DOORS Database.
I have changed the default database name from DOORS ERS Repository to 36677@machine_name, changed the URN.

IBM Rational DOORS Web Access 1.4

create a user in database and try to log in again. change the login policy.
