I am getting below error during "Configure Rational Reporting User Authentication" setup for Rational Insight.

Failed to enable Jazz namespace
  • Shutting down the Rational Reporting server
  • Enabling the Jazz namespace
  • Starting the Rational Reporting server

It's failing on "Starting the Rational Reporting server" step. I check the WAS start log file. Server started successfully, but setup wizard is throwing me above error.

Could you provide more log about this? Including the WAS log and cognos log. Thanks.
