Connecting to local CLM server with hostname results in "Unable to connect" error

I have a CLM 6.0.4 server running RedHat Linux Workstation 7.1.
Its hostname is clmserver.
I can ping clmserver and it replies.
From the CLM server itself, I can access https://localhost:9443/rm/web with Firefox and it brings up the login screen.
From the CLM server itself, when I access it with https://clmserver:9443/rm/web with Firefox, it said that "Unable to connect".
How can I fix this issue?

It looks like that the firewall has blocked the access.
To verify this is the cause, disable the firewall and try again.
The command to run is "service firewalld stop"
